    Horizons 2 will go to 74W - the chances of it being receivable in Ireland (like Galaxy 17) are pretty slim.

    Rascom is much more interesting, been in planning for years, supposed to provide telecomms for all of Africa. The Ku beams prob won't cover us, but the C-band footprint will. New orbital slot at 2.9E. Ground control will be from Libya, fits in nicely with Gaddafi's promotion of 'pan-Arabism'.
