What should i do

Hey guys, basically i have a dell inspiron 8600. Lately its running very slow. I was told it could be all the music on it. But our of 40GB i have about 14 free. But a computer guy told me to get spybot 2 get rid of all the spyware and stuff. Its painfully slow. I wouldnt mind wiping every thing but is there a progam 2 do…

Do you have the Windows CD lying about? You can reinstall from that and format the drive (wipe it) while you're at it.
