    Anyone ever experience a bad play.com order?

    My guitar hero 3 has been shipped since the 22/11/07 and no sign of it yet! They say they cant look into it until 21 days after date of shipping (tomorrow) :/

    Should i cancel the order tomorrow? or pray that it will arrive before christmas?

    Any recommendations?

    Something odd there.. Play.com are normally very good. Don't think i've waited more than a week after i've recieved the "Your order has been posted" e-mail.

    Play always slow down towards Xmas.

    This time last year I ordered Gears of war, and it hadn't arrived after 5 weeks, so play sent another.

    Two arrived at the same time :/

    Wow that was good of them, I ordered a game on the 4th and got it today. They ussually are very good with delivery

    They are normally very good. If you have not got your order they will post you out another one. After which, the first one usually turns up.

    Did you just buy the game, or buy it with the guitar (if they'd even ship that to Ireland...)
    They seem to be slower for larger items. 2 large hardback books that I ordered were dispatched on the 6th but haven't arrived yet, but a DVD that was dispatched on the same day arrived yesterday.

    Could be that it's been nabbed by mailtrace as well...

    Yeah im suprised because my 300 arrived 4 or 5 days after purchase....

    I just cancelled the order this morning and picked it up in Argos for 100 euro :)

    lord!i am shocked today!my psp FFT comes in today!!yeay

    but my 300 actually dispatched abit earlier than FFT...maybe monday then :) size do matters!

    I ordered a PS2 game from play.com last Thursday, it arrived today , good service i always get from them .

    They are good for sending out again if your order gets lost in the post.
