    Hi

just a quickie for any of the irish (or other for that matter) web hosts that hang out here.

(below questions apply to reseller packages on shared servers)

    1) do you keep backups of mail server logs ?
    2) and if so how long to you keep these backups for ?

    Many thanks
    Sean

We're not offering reseller plans on shared at the moment, but in general, we keep mail servers logs for 7 days (the storage for any longer would be too costly)

    Hi Steve

I had just noticed this, care to elaborate why?
Will they be back in the future?
Will it be possible to upgrade existing H365 reseller plans?

The H365 Reseller forums are also gone - they were handy!

BTW all the reseller pages behind the now empty reseller homepage are still accessible.

It's a long story, but the short version is alots and lots of changes in 365.

We've separated Domains and Shared hosting retail services in to a new brand and business division - www.register365.com - that now has a dedicated team of some 25 staff looking after it. We also built new systems and software to manage everything and are ICANN accredited (so at the top level of the domain name food chain).

Hosting365.com is in the works and 'should' be live before the end of the year. It's also a whole new offering, providing some really innovative and exciting new solutions and we've built some new platforms, including nearly 2 million euro on a new blade/san solution for providing carrier grade 'cloud' based utility style services. We plan to reintroduce reseller solutions as part of the hosting365.com mix, with a greatly enhanced range of services (and a full API and sample sites for domains, ssl, dedicated servers and more, as well as shared hosting).

Existing customers can still up/downgrade between the legacy reseller plans, and the reseller forum is getting rebuilt at the moment in vbulletin :)

Hope that explains it all - keep an eye on our blogs for more.
