I think that once you can view the paintings on large scale (say 1024 x 768) and if viewers can post opinions about paintings, that would be great.

also some way of watermarking the paintings to prevent stealing and copyright

strange.. i was thinking of doing this myself over xmas!! Of the forum variety where ppl would create a thread for each piece of art. The watermarking came to mind but moldypeach bet me to it!
