Looks like the memory cards have gone up in price though. Ordered the R4 2GB combo for €65 2 weeks ago which worked out around €45.

Just a word of advice I would look to buy at least 1 gig of memory with these cards, you can even pick up a two gig card for around 20 Euros at 512mb you'll only get about 10 games with the software to drive the R4.
I bought off this guy on Ebay, he's based in Dublin and had the card within 2 working days, here's a 1gig offer

I have ordered some stuff from DealExteme on 10th of Nov by EMS Express. ems.com.cn website shows that it has left SHANGHAI on 13th but no more tracking details after that. I don't find any details on Anpost.ie website for my tracking number. It starts with EA and ends with CN.
Does any have this kind of experience with EMS express?

As I said in an earlier post they are just a little disorganised at the moment. Your aware that they cannot sell the R4 anymore and have "passed" the orders to Volumrate. Just go along with their request and maybe send them your confirmation of order. Really dont think there is anything to worry about other than the delivery time.

ordered off volumerate a few weeks ago and still waiting for it ot be shipped, anyone have any joy with them yet? got an e-mail saying it will be shipped but doubt I will get it before christmas now.

Same as myself, ordered 12th of November, Just got the DS Lite yesterday off ebay. No games for it so far! Anyone know where I could get the R4 card here? Or a cheap good secondhand game I can mess around with while I wait?

I've bought stuff from dealextreme and they're very decent to deal with.
Their shipping costs change quite a bit though. The free shipping is by registered post and I've read on the boards here how it can take about a month for stuff to arrive that route so each time I've ordered from them I've used their express EMS option which you pay extra for. The first time they charged an extra $16 for this option, the next time only $6, The third time I ordered they were upgrading to EMS for free so it was....free and the last time (just a few days ago) it was $32. But the items arrive really quickly usually 5-10 working days max.
Also they're quite upfront about their charges. They state quite clearly that their prices can fluctuate with demand and their prices do change quite a bit - really only up and down a few dollars and their R4 with micro SD still always seem to be the best price around.
It's worth getting the 2GB micro SD card for a few dollars more.

The R4 card is soooooooooo worth having. It's a must-have!

mmm the are probably ordering them in bulk off dealextreme and getting them for €30-€35 delivered and there selling them for €65, thats business i guess.

Its whatever you think yourself, they accept paypal apparently so your prob safe enough there. There website looks awful crap though, nevver a good sign. Personally i'd ring these and see whats the story with them, when you'll get if you place an order or if you can collect it yourself. you could always order from dealextreme and if it hasnt arrived with a week to go buy off these guys. You'll easliy sell these for the price you paid for it on adverts.ie, hope this helps

I received it today. Dealextreme customer service was good, they replied to my queries with in a day. It took over 2 weeks eventhough it's shipped through EMS Express. My order includes R4DS card and 2GB MicroSD.

I ordered via slowpost (i.e. free) with volumerate on the 18th and got it today! I'm actually impressed. 10 days isn't bad.

(They emailed me when I ordered to say that they'd email me when it dispatched, but they didn't. I'd forgotten to be on the lookout so it didn't bother me.)

Overall good though. I'd order from them again.
