Can I show info from another site (eg Myspace) on my own website?

I want to have a website made for my music and was wondering if it's possible/easy/difficult to show info from my myspce page (I'm thinking comments in particular) on my own private website in realtime?

You can spider the content of your myspace page every hour/whatever and place the contents on your page.

Spidering is basically open the URL, save the content into memory, parse the html for the bits you want, and store them in a database. You can then display them on your site...

maybe create an xml feed out of you comments and pull that into your site?

Is this difficult to do? I'm still trying to get my ideas in order before I aproach a designer and don't want to be asking for things that would swallow my budget in one gulp.
