Guys, A client has a domain hosted with the good and the great that is Eircom, I'm trying to track down a support number for them to update DNS, any ideas ?

I assume this isnt the hosting available with broadband?

I always use this email address for any DNS updates that I need. Response is usually about 24 hours.

Yeah, best thing is to email them on that address above. You might need a follow up fax from the company but you'll spend more time going from switch to switch if you try and call them!
