Excellent episode!! Captin slow was the one who got it right, Hammonds car was the underdog that came through, 43 years old! Most new cars are lucky to see 43 Months!

Think I prefer that episode to the American one. Great episode.

A post-it note on your forehead should do it! :p

Is it time for Top Gear-Road Trip, a 90 min comedy about three blokes who get into unfeasibly amusing situations?

Great episode, still the best programme on the telly. Even if you're not into cars its still a great, watchable programme. Even her indoors likes it and its not even a soap!!

Excellent laugh - racing the fighter jet last week was ok but this was far better.

To be honest i prefer the challanges or sublime and ridiculos parts of the show than the latest car that costs X amount more than the Buggati Veyron but is slower around ''our'' track bolloxology.

aye it was very good - that salt flat place looked incredible - like driving on the moon.

Clarksons car constantly breaking down and then miraculously being repaired every time got a bit dull though.

    Very funny episode !!

I can see now why there is a thriving trade in Africa for second hand cars, £1,500 budget and thats all they could afford, ok the kadet was maybe worth that on vintage alone. better start responding to those emails about western union and many buyers for my car.....lol

Thought it was the best episode of the season so far. The scenary is absolutely amazing over there, so barren. The dust clouds coming in through the smashed out windows was the funniest part...their lungs must be fecked!!

the only car to do the tripwith out breaking down was the VW Beetle that the bush Machanic had, best car ever
