Wedding in Castle

    Hi,

    At the moment i'm preparing to purpose to my gf, and i want the wedding to be an amazing day for her. And i'm wondering does anyone know how much it would cost to have the wedding at a castle. I'm looking at ashford castle and clontarf castle. Does anyone have any idea's at what price i would be looking at. I'm planning on inviting around 100 people. i know how much the meals cost per person, and im not worried about that.

    we are getting married in belleek castle in ballina and its costing quite a bit!! we have to rent out the castle for the wknd, 16 rooms as well as 3k for renting the castle alone... so yeah you'll need some moola :eek: dont know where im getting it from!

    We've booked Cabra Castle in Kingscourt, Cavan, which isnt too far from Slane. The wedding is gonna be expensive. But the castle/hotel itself is quite reasonable considering other prices we have seen. And it has a very good reputation too. And you dont have to exclusively rent it out either.

    Its well worth a look if you are thinking of a castle wedding.
