[CSS]Fixing Div to scroll

I have a div positioned at the top of the page and I want it to scroll as the pages moves, however because its not a background 'background-attachment' won't work. Is there a 'background-attachment' for non-background stuff? Even a javascript script for it? Thanks.

What about using - position: fixed; for the div?
