How to show path to directory without spaces?

Hey lads, I solved the last problem i posted up on here, but typically have a new one. Only a small one this time. Im putting in the directory path for a file in PHP, but it doesn't except anything with a space in it, ie "Program Files" won't work. If i use a directory with no spaces its fine. How do i replace the space…

How do i replace the space with something else to find the path, i've seen things on websites like %20 or something but not quite sure what it is. not having any luck googling.

Never used PHP on windows , but I presume you can use the old dos names
