Marsala Wines

    Hi there,

    I was just wondering if anyone knows where i can get Marsala wine? I'm looking for it for a recipe i want to make.
    I've checked my local offy's but no luck, I checked Superquinn also but couldn't seem to find it..
    Thanks for any help.

    I did, but it was a couple of years ago. You could always phone them.

    Edit: somewhere else worth trying is Little Italy on North King Street.

    Make it easy on yourself: use sherry. It's close.

    You'll need Fino or Oloroso. The type that your Grandmother drinks, cream sherry, won't work too well.

    Marsala is a fortified wine... McHughs Kilbarrack Road have a few bottles in stock at the moment...
