Even thought it might not technically be a animated gif it still presents as one and this is against the rules. We'll wait and see what the SMods say. Knowingly trying to circumvent the rules can, bit probably won't, result in a siteban.

If it's not static then it's animated. Simple enough really.
Changing script is a form of animation.
Why are you talking about sitebans? It's a sig infringement, not peadophilia.

A minor point, but, they aren't *his* rules, in effect they are *our* rules, as we all abide by them.

Biko, siteban? A little over-zealous, no?

I mean, we wouldn't want to be accused of over-moderation or anything...

The siteban was from an earlier conversation long ago where a question came up that a user repeatedly kept putting same sig back after it was taken down.
My take: Either you agree with the way the site is run (including rules and regulations) when someone points them out to you, or you can can join another site where there is no restrictions on sigs.
as we all abide by them.
We all have to abide by them, not all actually do. If everyone did there'd be no need for this report thread. Tbh, most users will change their sigs after I PM them.

Centred, glowing, blinking ads will be deleted without notice. You have been warned.

If you look in the http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/profile.php?do=editsignature there is new stuff there. We'll see how the automatic yoke works out.
Unfortunately there's workarounds so SIGPO will still patrol these boards a while longer.

If there's a rule about size then surely this has breached it
