Marriage certificate

Hi My sister has to get her marriage certificate from Joyce House, 8/11 Lombard Street East , Dublin , 2 today. She was married in June just gone. (beside Pearse Street) Anyone know what the queues are like? And if she'll actually get it today? Thanks M
