Ah cool.

I used it to do adwords with google by the way and I just got an email saying my ads are suspended until payment is made. I don't have enough in my wirecard account for what is due so hopefully that's what the problem is.

I sent money in last week with Permanent TSB online banking to the Wirecard BOI Swords ac. It has disappeared. I included my account number as a reference. I have used online banking to transfer money to wirecard before.

Anybody have the same problem??

PTSB don't allow you to send money via IBAN online. You've to call into a branch. I think I'll change bank. And ditch Wirecard.

i transferred €30 last week and it still hasnt gone through ...... Strange because i did it using banking 365 . It worked every other time.

Lads to use wirecard with paypal do you need to give your bank account details (ie verify your account).

Currently i am prompted by paypal to enrol the wirecard card for expanded use in order to begin using it.

This apparently involves paypal performing a small transaction on the wirecard account and leaving a 4 digit code in the transaction history which i must then enter to complete the expanded-use enrolment/ verification of my account.

But does this then mean i have to provide bank account details to paypal to do this.

You give them the Mastercard number. It may take a few days to show up because the small transaction will show up as 'reserved', wthout any details or including the code. Do not order anything on ebay until you get that code.

BTW how do you give paypal your wirecard number. (My wirecard is set up in paypal alright, just awaiting expanded-use enrolment).

Quick question... anyone have any refunds into their accounts?

Was incorrectly charged by a DVD rental company who will in due time issue me a full refund. Used my Wirecard for sign-up.

Do refunds onto the card show up similarly as in 'My Transactions'

Yes they do. However refunds do take some time to appear in your account.

just tried to log in to wirecard with my account name and password and i couldn't log in. I then get an e-mail saying my account has been temporaily locked. Has this happened to anyone before?

I had the money disappear the second time I attempted an in-branch (BOI) wire-transfer of money to my wirecard account. I had successfully completed the exact same transfer before.

I contacted Wirecard Bank AG by eMail asking them what the problem was. They asked me to provide them with some details; such as how much was transfered and the date, time and location of the transfer.

It took about 2 week to get sorted. I had to phone Wirecard Bank AG as they didn't respond to one of my eMails in a timely manner.

I knew the exact time of the transfer so I imagine that helped a bit.

yeah this happened to me but it was cause i opened two account, (said i lived in Germany the first time!!!). They're really strict on that, other than that though i can't help you. E-mail them and ask, they were pretty helpful to me

I can only get it to work on th itunes german store so i presume they only allow credit cards from companies in the jurisdiction of the respective store

well the inevitable happened. transfered €50 thurs last morning at 6am. used to always be there on the friday evening. still no sign today and little response from wirecard. has anyone else experienced this problem?

on a side note what is the story with pre paid credit cards in ireland? the uk has plenty of them.

I lodged only €5 on Monday and that should have shown by now. As for other prepaid credit cards the only other one worth mentioning is 3V.

yeh its worrying. exact same setup as before about 10 transfers under my belt and was gaining confidence now this rubbish. would a uk predpaid credit card work here if i had a mate get one in my name?

has anyone got a propper contact email for wirecard? i've had no response and a phone call yesterday was a bit like nelson saying i see no ships. i would be very carefull of these guys.

I emailed them on Wednesday....no response. I rang today and was told it could take 5 days for my money to show up. It never takes that long though but I just went along with what the guy was saying. At least it was only a fiver but I was waiting on it all the same....had to buy a 3V voucher in the end to pay for a eBay purchase.

yeh they told me the same thing actually 7-8 days which i know is rubbish. €50 down the drain.not good at all.i really dont see why we can have either a propper debit card or prepaid credit card in this country.

I wouldnt give up so quick if it was €50! Did you lodge it at a bank? Check that they entered all the info correctly..if not keep ringing and emailing WireCard.

yeh i will keep trying. lodeged it via boi 365 online which was setup months ago and every other transfer went through in 24 hours no problem then this.

anybody using Wirecard? I think they're gone! My fiver has disappeared and there's no reply from email support. I can't get a free moment to check my bank to see if they made the same mistake that happened the last time my money went AWOL.....

I lodged 250 euro in on monday september 17th and it took till the next tuesday for it to show. Ive paid out most of it and it went out okay. The remainder is still showing up, but I might just spend it tonight if anything catches my eye, just to be sure to be sure!

Did you email service@wirecard.com? Maybe you made the mistake of emailing support@wirecard... i did that
