    Hi,
Just want to know where would be the best place to go to find out the history of wicklow during the late 1940,s to the 50,s.
I want to know about the culture , transport and farming practices,
Either the internet or any offices .
    Thanks in advance

Bray has an historical society and they have a musuem in the old court house on the main street. if you connect them, they should be able to give you the information you need.

the society meet every month or so and have talks and lectures on wicklow, there is a bit strong one in kilcoole

I was going to say the Wicklow Historical Society. They have a lot of info on aa lot of things, so I'm sure this particular section would be no bother for them.
