hi my fiancee and I are planning on getting married in 2009 and are having difficulty in choosing a hotel for the reception. We are deciding between the Galway Bay Hotel in Salthill or the Claregalway Hotel. Would love to hear people's opinion on both hotels.

hi there, we love the galway bay hotel and would have definitely booked there except for the fact that we go there for new years to their black and white ball. it just wouldn't feel like so much of a treat but each time i have stayed there i have made a point of thanking the staff for the experience, the service is really exceptional!
