Considering the "Next Topic" currently listed on the site is "I want to grow a herb garden" (and yes, both these topics are posted in the Football forum), I'd say that people who live in glass houses shouldn't be picking up big pointy rocks with a plan to tossing them anywhere.

Plenty of crap on boards. Plenty of crap on F365. There we go, angst over.

It's a weird place, it revolves around the bloke who owns it, and his desperation to make it into the most popular website on the net, if you could guarantee 3 new members who are into hedgehog sex, they'll create a new forum for you, they're desperate for traffic.

About 71% of members are moderators, every thread is scanned, and moved, locked, poster banned etc at the drop of a hat.

Any forum that gets more than 5 posts a day, and they sh*t themselves.

yes, and i used to mod it. it became no fun when someone complained when i parodied them because they thought they were popular.

and as for taking the mickey out of PI on the F365 forums, theyre right.
Its why i stopped modding the PI forum. Its full of ****ing idiots who couldnt find their arses with a flashlight and both hands.

I've been taking the piss out the PI forum on other forums (a uk one for example) and with people who aren't boards regulars on irc for years. It really is a big joke.

I've trolled it a few times too, hilarious stuff altogether.

I'm going to register on the football365 forum just because of that thread, they've got the right idea!

They're not accepting registrations at the moment and you can only register with a work or university e-mail address and even then it takes for ever, due mainly to some severe nutjobs who got banned and re-registered over and over again. Be warned, some of them are severe nutjobs who can even end up telephoning you at work.

Sadly, though, these days the F365 forum is nowhere near as good as it was although one highlight in the last 12 months was an invasion of a local newspaper letters page regarding a Pigeon problem. One of the funniest things in ages.

That and some poor sod who was going to cycle eight miles to meet this girl, until he posted a picture of her. Very funny stuff.

The worst PI related thing that happened to me was when someone on here took my post, word for word, and put it on another forum. Frightened the crap out of me. Thankfully, one of the mods (I think it was Victor) quickly put a stop to it and he was banned from there.

As someone who's just coming out of a 7 year depression I'd never slag any PI post, since I know what it's like to feel so crappy that you just want to let it out.

I had something simular happen my posts were copied, my boards blog was quoted and linked and then some idiot tried to pretend they were me on that forum.

football365.com is a horrendous website and I suggest never going there again. For football news just stick to the football (soccer) forum here or other websites such as uefa.com or BBC's sport section.
