Opinion - Download Site?

Hi Guys, I need opinions on what to use for a stylish downloads Database. Iam being told CMS but which one? I want to give some users ''Uploader'' status while letting everyone download. What ya think? Thanks.

Since you are already using vBulletin and have all your users registered on it, I'd consider using the vBulletin downloads add-on.

Id like something more dedicated mate. Most of my visitors wouldnt know what Vbulletin is.
