FTP recommendation's...?

What FTP program do you lot use...?I have a couple on 30 day trials but you have to pay for them after that.I am looking for the best free FTP program as I will not be uploading very often.

I'd second this. I used to use SmartFTP but since WinSCP is far simpler and lets me scp into my linux boxes too.

Personally i have found FileZilla to be the best, i've tried MANY!

Filezilla for window$ or Konqueror in linux/unix

Filezilla is good too, maybe superior in some ways, but I find WinSCP works better with external editors -- i.e. updating remote files when I hit 'save' in my editor of choice -- and I find that to be a fairly important feature.
