relogging

Hello Sometimes when im on site, i find that i have to re-log on every 15 min or so, is there something in user settings to overcome this?? And also subscribing to a thread whats the idea behind that?? Thanks Phil.

1) Log in off a forum page (not the front page), and check the "Remember Me" box.
2) Subscribing to a thread lists the thread in you Subscribed Items list in the Control Panel. When the thread is replied to it will be highlighted there. You can also have an email notification sent to you.
