[IBOOD] Freecom Media Player 320 GB with LAN - €199 (excl. delivery)

Anyone got theirs yet? Still waiting...

Mine arrived just before lunch today. Packaging was in bits to say the least but the drive was'nt tampered with. Havent had a change to use it yet.

For those that have got theirs, there was a new release of the firmware for it a couple of weeks ago

I think that I'd be more impressed if I could get the bloody thing. Still trying to get some joy from their customer support (rang again an hour ago - told me he'd definitely ring me back within 30 mins... Bah!)

I think since I put the phone number up here they've probably been inundated with phone calls from Ireland

I ordered it too, but haven't received the order confirmation yet. I wonder if that means the order didn't go through correctly?
My last order with ibood went swimmingly.. instant email confirmation of order, and product was delivered within the week.

creditcard has now been charged, but no order confirmation either by email or under the my orders section of the site think i might just try cancel the order

kiss dp 600 is todays ibood, also not a bad wireless media player

In my experience, if you haven’t received a confirmation email then send them an email and they should reply within a day with a confirmation email or number.

If you have received a confirmation email but your webpage that says the item delivery is ‘in progress’ then just sit and wait. It will take at least three weeks to come. The website will always say ‘in progress’ even when the item is delivered.
