All the reviews by people who've bought it seems to say it works exactly the same as the official wii key. Why they're selling them in packs of 20 I don't know. Works out what, $3 per wii key?

that looks like a mod chip, and thats a big no no.
last time i read, mod chips were deemed illegal.

Banned for a month, unless you can prove that modification chips are legal.

by all accounts, certain mod chips are legal, and im certainly not going to spend the time trying to contest it

And hex to load onto it from the WiiFree Project (google it...)

I think all new Wiis are almost impossible to
alter though - 3 legs are missing from a chip on the motherboard.
