FLV metadata and C#

I'm trying to read the metadata for FLV files using C#. There are apps on the web that do this but I need to do it from code. I've tried in vain to find examples, can anybody please help? :(

not for C# but ... would this be any help ?

I'd assume the code shows how it all works ? ... I've not checked though
