    Comedian Sean Hughes is to join Corrie as Eileen Grimshaws new love interest.
    Is he an Irish comedian? he seems familiar
    Does anyone remember when Peter Kay guest starred for 1 ep. as Shelleys date, that was funny

    he is - remember Sean's Show? "Buh-bye - Buh-bye" etc. He seems too young for Eileen, maybe I'm just getting old tho.

    Gosh that show was on 15 years ago. He does seem a bit young, but maybe he's supposed to be a kinda toyboy for her?!

    Wouldn't Séan Hughes be late thirties, early-forties now? I still have a book of his at home somewhere.

    I wonder what he'll be like in Corrie? Probably some kind of comic role to help lighten some darker storylines...
