Looking for s/w to modify standard pics (landscape) into oil or watercolour effects so that I can then print out and paint .. asny ideas??

photoshop has a good variety of photo effects

corel print house also do photo editing software, there are many available and I'm sure there are some free to download if you try a search on the net.....

You can also edit scanned paintings and achieve amazing results..........
