Weird problem registering Creative Zen M:vision

OK, here's the deal . . . I've registered my Creative as requested when i installed all the software. But now everytime i use my laptop, a pop up appears reminding me to register my Zen, then even when i register it again, it pops up again straight away reminding me to do the exact same thing? Does anyone know what this…

Can't say I've come across this problem. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say
it's your laptop/PC and not the Zen.

Do you have a program like Spybot running in the background which is
preventing your machine from registering with your registry the fact you've
already installed and registered the Zen?

When you registered did you have the player connected to the computer at the same time? If not try re-registering with the player attached and docked.
