Can itunes be downloaded to cd or memory stick?

    My brother recently got a new ipod.

    He has no internet connection on his pc and he needs itunes.

    Can i donwload it onto a cd rom for to instrall on his pc?

    I had a quick look at itunes and i think it just automatically opts to dowload onto my pc (which i have already)

    :confused:

    Er... no, you can't download anything "onto a cd rom"...

    You can download the installer to your PC and then burn the installer to a CDROM however, then run that installer from the CDROM on another PC.

    If you're not using Windows XP or Vista, you will need to have CD burning software (such as Nero) and, obviously, a CD-Recorder (CDR or CDRW) drive on your PC.

    If you have any further questions about doing this, they're probably best suited to a more general computers or Windows forum.

    You could also use a USB thumb drive as the installer is not that big. Not big enough to use a whole CDR in my opinion.
