Getting married in Argentina. How can I have a traditional Irish wedding?

On March 7th 2008, I´m marrying my lovely Irish fiance. We decided to have both the civil and religious ceremony in my hometown, Buenos Aires, but it would be lovely to have a traditional Irish wedding (if such thing exists). Do you guys know any traditional ceremonies, rituals, customs? Thanks! :D
