Tidy up photo merge with PS

    I have merged a few panoramic photo's with PS but there is some obivous differences with lighting(bad photography).
    Is there any easy way to tidy up this in PS - total noob to this

    Get the new CS3 beta from adobe labs or download.com, the stitcher is much better in it. (2 day free trial)

    Also there was a thread in the Photography forum about alternatives that may actually be better than PS.
