i got the same mail the last time i ordered something from them,it wasnt the pmp but it was at least 2 more weeks after the email before i got what i ordered

Got the same email, still waiting. Gid knows how long though.

It's a pity, cos they've now got a 160GB hard drive dvd recorder on their site for €99. Ain't touching anything on this site with a barge pole until I get my other order first of all.

Ditto. Nice price for that dvd recorder but I'm hoping the PMC will do the job of recording TV. Just missing Time Shift on the PMC but hopefully the recording quality will be good.

don't worry about it, ive bought loads of stuff from ibood with varying delivery times from 1 week to 3 weeks but they always arrive!

Mine arrived today. It's allready full with all my DivX's etc. Gonna have to start culling.

Congratulations daveg on getting your player, can you tell me if the status on the ibood website changed from 'in progress' to something else. Mine order still says 'in progress' so I'm just curious.

I'm still waiting on an item ordered on 11 March. Still had no email response and phoning them was no better...would have had more luck talking to the cat!

I will not be touching them again, even with someone else's bargepole :mad:

Would you believe I'm still copying DivX's to it!! Have not connected it to the TV yet. Everything about it has impressed me so far. Quiet, looks nice, fully featured remote, every cable you could want in the box (Lan/USB/Power cable + EU power cable etc etc). Copies video to the device with ease. Once I get it connected to the TV I'll post back.

I did contact them previously and they told me it would ship that day.

Hooked it up to the TV late last night. Extensive setup menu for video output formats and audio formats etc. Picture was excellent. One thing I really liked it that when you switch it off with the remote it switches fully off - not to standby. The remote will power it back off again. Unit is very responsive to remote. Not the fastest at loading a DivX but not too slow either. Very impressed.

rang them - they were convinced that all shipped last friday but given easter admit that it could have been delayed until tuesday - they are gonna check and send me an email update but hope we receive it today or tomorrow - told them there were plenty of people in Ireland waiting still..
