Aran Knitting

I don't know if this belongs here so feel free to move it. I have been knitting for a few years but haven't moved beyond the plain /purl stage . got a few ordinary jumpers knitted and i want ot be a bit more adventerous! Are there any easy books / self-help dvd's that can teach the easy basics of aran knitting? Thanks,…

there was actually i very long thread on knitting a few pages back on this forum, maybe you might find somehitng of interest on it? there's a good few knitters anyhow that use this forum .
