Apologies if this has been posted before.

What do all of the following words have in common:

    Banana
    Dresser
    Grammar
    Potato
    Revive
    Uneven
    Voodoo
    Assess

    Answer:
In all of the words listed, if you take the first letter and place it at the end of the word, then spell the word backwards, it will be the same word.

    I got it, as
Get rid of the first letter, and the word is the same backwards.
    Same thing, I suppose.

    almost,
if you put the first letter to the end of the word, and then read them back-to-front, they spell the original word.
