In need of a good, free "Net Nanny"

    Hello everyone,

I have just bought a Dell Laptop for my sister's birthday. She, along with my 7 year old nephew and my mother will all be using this laptop. As a result, I have created 3 separate accounts in Windows XP Professional.

Now, I would like to install a "Net Nanny" on this computer which would be controlled by my sister's/mother's account and for which the rules would only apply to my nephew's account. Is this a possibility?

Could you recommend a good "Net Nanny" I could download for free?

I know I could simply Google this and download the first one I find however, I would like to know which one is the best out there on the interweb! And this is why I am posting here! If it wasn't for the Tech > Security Forum I would still be paying for Norton Internet Security instead of using AVG Free and Comodo Firewall! ;)
