    Hi all...

Well, finally managed to get a few paintings framed tat I think might be worthy of an exhibition. Problems is I do't heve enough to warrant rentout out a place and goign full-on. So, does anyone know of any group exhibitoins where you can pay by the piece, or join others with just a few paintings? Did it once or twice many moons ago. Just bring the paintings and the hanging fee and up they went.

While on the subject, are there any established painting groups that meet socially in Dublin? I've tried tacking down the Dublin Painting & Sketching Club after seeing an exhibition in Dun Laoghaire, but they're either very professional or very secretive...

    ANy help appreciated,

    Many thanks,

    Ip.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Not too sure about it, but check out the Monster Truck Gallery.

It's small enough to work great (in my opinion, better than a lot of work) with a few pieces.

They're up on Francis St, off Thomas St.

You really have to keep an eye on the local papers and inquire in galleries, they tell you whats happening and when...You can also go on their mailing lists and you get all the latest sent directly to you..;)

The county arts office (county councils) have excellent mailing lists on whats happening locally and nationally....
