Small claims dont handle these as I have already contacted them..

Phone him..! I dont have a number and now looks like I wont be getting a number for him as he still has not replied to any emails this week :mad:

Hey Vectra, How did you pay him, if with credit card, isn't there a cooling of period (28days) with Credit cards. Was it bought through ebay or website?, was the post registered...

Thats what I was thinking myself.

As far as I can see, My only option now is to try to keep in touch with him and hope it gets sorted.

I dont think there is much else i can do..

oh! Bank transfer.... no come back.
Got burn't myself some time back on ebay using a bank transfer, ever since then I only use paypal...
If all else fails, pretend you know someone in the ebay offices in dublin that can get him unregistered from ebay... hopefully he wont call your bluff and send item... Best of luck!

I /we can understand that you are angry and distrustful. But Martin can't do anything now. The buggy is somewhere in Ireland or somewhere between the countries. If the buggy will return to Germany Martin will give you the money back. And if the buggy is lost the post or DHL or somewhere else will tell him this and you will get the money back. So please be bit patient. I can guarantee you that Martin is not a swindler. Don't be worry!

Today i give DHL the answer about the Product and about the price, so that there can transfer me the money.

I Think next week i become the money.
