iPod shuffle trouble..

Hello,

My iPod shuffle is not being recognised by any computer, I have tried all of Apple's advice on their website, and I have rung both ISS and Mactivate to see if they do repairs, and they don't since my warranty has run out.

Anyway is it worth my while having it fixed as the new ones are only 89 euro, and if so, does anyone know of anywhere that would do it? Or, actually, anything that would fix it?

i'd buy a new one if was you. the cost of repair will be higher than a new one.

have you tried plugging it into another pc to see if it recognises it?
you might of have already tried a hard reset of it but if not, here is how its done.

Its a known issue with Shuffles. As far as I know its unfixable.

Ive 2 that have just died......bloody orange and green flashing leds:mad:

it appears to be a problem that been growing globally over the past few years

I love the sound of the shuffles, but I'd never buy another one because of this issue. Why Does Apple need a class action to do the right thing? :mad:
