Does anyone have a direct line for complaints to Eircom. There's only so much hold music I can take.

Don't believe there is and I won't be happy if people start posting direct lines to staff in eircom or staff details....

I just found a customer service number (not on their website, mind you) which is 1800 200 481. Will believe it when I get through to someone who doesn't try to fob me off!
