    Hi,

Im currently looking at various options to buy houses.

Out of interest Im wondering how many bidders and how many bids on average are involved for the average house? Maybe an estate agent or auctioneer may be best to answer this.

    Thanks.

I would say thats a very hard question to answer and would depend on a lot of things

Did you not see prime time a while back about estate agents?? The bidders were invisible.

42 is the answer to everything but you only need 2 (genuine) bidders to move a price
