Rusheen Bay Windsurf school has been served with an an enforcement notice by Galway City Council Planning Department for unauthorised Development. Somebody maybe should have got the PP in place before putting the school there, very naughty. But it consists of not a lot more than a few transport containers holding an office, changing rooms and stores that don't have any electricity or running water so maybe goive them a chance to get their stuff in order?

Do they own the ground where they have thrown their ( 3 or 4 or 5 ? ) unsightly shipping containers etc ? They do not have any planning permission or toilet facilities etc ?
