I'm on a very (strict)specific diet, for medical reasons, and wonder if anyone knows cafes,pubs etc. where I might find something edible.NO wheat, dairy,tomatoes,mushrooms,potatoes. limited fruit and veg. thanks.

the chef in moll darbys about 2 years ago was great for special menus, don't know if its the same guy still there though - a friend of mine was very limited in what she could eat, we rang ahead, gave the list of stuff she couldn't eat and they put a menu together especially for her
