Quickest route from Blessington to Wicklow town

Hi, I need to drive to Wicklow town a couple of days next week so could anyone tell me the quickest way to get there from Blessington? I've to be there for about 9:30 in the morning so obviously the less traffic the better! :) Thanks in advance, H.

I was asking for the quickest way, not the tourist route thank you!

You obviously haven't used the AA Route Planner cos it often sends you on the longest route. :rolleyes:

well the other option would be more of a tourist route,going over the wicklow gap and via laragh and annamoe but the previous one is the shortest as you asked for.

As for obviously not using it I do,regularily and yes sometimes the route isn't the absolute shortest but most of the time it is the standard ans most direct.
