From to commisioner of oaths to say that you have never been married.

    Anyone got a link to the form saying that you have never been married (have lived in a few parishes so I just need to get a comisioner of oaths to help me sware that I have never been married).

    I think that it some form where I say that I have never been married for the church part of it - I have lived in a few parishes and could not be bothered going to all of them to get them to say that I have not been married. It is the church bit not the civil bit. Sorry and thanks.

    Oh I see - I didn't realise that you could do that. I've been dreading contacting all the parishes. At last count, I've lived in eight over the past nine years and thought I'd have to contact all of them to get a declaration from each one.
