.ie domain squatters

Thats very strange, the IEDR should'nt allow this, thats the reason they exist!

what are the loopholes ? shame.

It is clearly a .ie targeted cyberwarehousing operation. EUBROWSER.COM exploited IEDR's lax and incompetent management by using Registered Business Names or combinations of words from them to register .ie domains.

Yes. The rights holder has to lodge a complaint first however through WIPO:

It was a hell of a headline and it will upset the Digital Hubby people. The big question is whether ComReg will exercise its powers over this and deal with the problem. As the WIPO/IEDRP rulings have demonstrated, there is a pattern of bad faith and abusive registrations.
