BSC In IT Support

    Started the course(3rd year) a couple of weeks ago and have to do a project.

    Not even sure where to start as some projects done previously were very technical and I would not be the most technical in the world hence Im doing this course.

    Any help how ye approached the project etc and time involved etc.

    Any help/thought would be great

    they have a course for IT Support? u sure it isnt CSM?

    ps do a project on centraslized databases for support fixes, like an in house microsoft knowledge base. ouit one wrecks me head. could do wit a better one.

    This was my old course, it's easy. Do what the B man said for a project, something involving a query-database-response thing, that can come in the form of an MSDN type help application or a website/online shop etc.

    You could do a project where you try to develop a new interface for helping less technically inclined people understand the complexities of the technical equipment or software that you are planning to provide support for. Since you are a non-techie, you might have a better idea of what kind of a support application interface you need to better understand technical IT stuff.
