    When is it appropriate to drop your pants when you can hear the laughter in the imaginary bears of social magisterium mainstay?

    Parties,libraries,collage....?

    Only at a party, when your are really, really pissed, and so is everyone else. Then if someone asks you the next morning, why you showed off your dingie, just say u was on teh raz, baby!

    Thsi reminds me of a video i seen which was shot in some house party, All you can see is some girl, about 18 or 19 bouncing up and down on a beer bottle, And all you can hear is a load of skangers shouting " G'wan ya dooorty sluu "

    Ah yes the auld dropping the pants technique, perhaps the best time when nothing matters but that you are having the greatest time in your life and you wanna show the whole world what it all about ;)

    Careful doing it during a funeral reception. You definitely have to judge the crowd very well for that one.
