    Hi,

I always found the top volume on my ZEN a bit low but after plugging it into a set of portable speakers the top volume is increadibly low. Its hard to hear the music with any sort of background noise. How did this happen? More importantly how can I fix it!?

    Thanks.

Go to www.creative.com and download the American firmware.

posted this before but here you go

    1) go to creative website, pretend to be american and download the latest firmware for the vision:m

    2) make sure your mp3 player is charged up, and turned off.

    3) hold the "on/off" switch to "on" mode while pressing the reset button with a pin

    4) go to the "reload firmware" option

    5) plug the vision:m into your pc

    6) run the firmware update that you downloaded from the creative website

    done and done :)
