Some really annoying questions and prices and processes.

    1) Where could I get a PLASTIC (PVC) C5 size envelope printed? Envelope should have a button-clasp at the back. Alternatively, is there anywhere in Ireland who could print PVC book-covers?

    2) Where or how could I get a jacket effect similar to our national passports? Is it embossed paper, printed then varnished? Or how is this achieved?

    3) Quick print quote for 4,000 A5 full-colour brochures, saddle-stitched - 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 pages.

    4) Generally, how much extra is it for embossing/debossing, die-cut corners, varnishing, perfect-binding, wire-o binding?

    5) What's the story with ordering/getting prices for specially ordered papers?

    6) Who is an excellent, well-priced printer in Ireland? Any good experiences with UK printers?
