Tiny Drill Bits

I need to drill a few small holes in wood.

    I bought a 0.3mm - 1.6mm drill bit set in Malpin.

Now Im wondering how I attach such small bits to a standard drill. I saw something about a 'pin vice', but am I right in thinking such a thing is only suitable for manual drilling, not a power drill??

The drill bits do say 'HSS' -high speed steel, so there must be
some way to attach to a power drill, but how??

    Cheers.
